Warranty & Return Policy
1. Limited Lifetime Warranty
LineCraft Cabinetry warrants our cabinetry to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
Coverage: This warranty covers the door hinges, drawer glides, and the structural integrity of the cabinet box.
Natural Wood Characteristics: Wood is a natural product; variations in grain, color, and aging (mellowing) are not considered defects.
This warranty is subject to the following limitations and exclusions:
Modifications & Improper Installation
This warranty becomes void if LineCraft cabinets, cabinet components, drawer slides, or hinges are modified from their original manufactured condition, improperly installed, damaged before or during installation, or used for purposes other than standard residential use.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty applies only to the parts and materials of LineCraft cabinets as supplied by LineCraft Cabinetry. It does not cover labor, installation costs, or any products used or installed in connection with the cabinets.
Exclusions for Related Products
This warranty does not cover appliances, countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, or any other non-cabinet products installed alongside the cabinets.
Third-Party Components
Hardware, hinges, drawer systems, or accessories manufactured by third parties are not covered under this warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Environmental Conditions
This warranty does not apply to products installed in locations that are not maintained with year-round climate control. Exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, or uncontrolled environments voids this warranty.
Damage Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation, handling, storage, dirt, chemicals, moisture, humidity, excessive heat or cold, or water exposure.
Normal Wear & Improper Use
Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, improper use, lack of proper maintenance, or damage caused by house settling are not covered.
Acts of God
Damage resulting from natural events such as floods, fires, earthquakes, storms, or other acts of God is excluded from coverage.
Authority Limitations
No installer, retailer, distributor, agent, or employee of LineCraft Cabinetry is authorized to modify, extend, or alter the terms, obligations, or limitations of this warranty.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns on stock items within 30 days of the original invoice date, subject to the following conditions:
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Original Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, even if they have not been assembled.
Assembled Items: Under no circumstances can we accept returns or exchanges for cabinets that have been partially or fully assembled.
Modified Items: Any cabinets that have been cut, drilled, or modified for plumbing/electrical are non-returnable.
Final Sale Items: Trim, moldings, fillers, panels, and “Clearance” items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
3. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size and need an exchange:
The original item must be returned in its unopened box.
The new item must be purchased at the current wholesale price.
Shipping/delivery fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival (and reported within the 24-hour delivery window):
We will provide a replacement part (e.g., a new door or drawer front) or a full unit replacement at our discretion.
Do not assemble a cabinet if you notice a defect. Assembly constitutes acceptance of the product “as is.”
5. Payments & Refund Options
Store Credit (Credit Note)
We may issue a LineCraft store credit in the form of a coupon for the value of the returned items. This coupon can be used toward future purchases and allows for faster processing.
Original Form of Payment
Refunds may also be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please note that refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment processor.
LineCraft will clearly identify and document the selected refund method for each return to ensure transparency and accurate record-keeping.
